Electrolube Exhibits its Newest Products to the Asian Market

With business continually growing in Asia, the exhibition gives Electrolube the opportunity to meet with new and existing customers and introduce a number of its latest products, including HTCX and HTCPX thermal management solutions.
Non-silicone thermal management solutions, HTCX and HTCPX offer a number of benefits including enhanced thermal conductivity, low toxicity, very low oil bleed, lower evaporation weight loss and excellent non-creep characteristics, as well as a wide operating temperature range.
Heat generated within components is conventionally removed by the use of metals, either formed to give high surface areas (heatsinks) or to form part of the assembly’s outer body. The hot component is mechanically attached to the metal but invariably there is always an air gap between the surfaces. As air is a poor conductor of heat, this air gap greatly reduces the rate of heat dissipation. By applying HTCX or HTCPX the gap is completely filled, excluding all air, ensuring complete contact between the two surfaces, therefore increasing efficiency in heat conductance.
The new products also offer outstanding performance due to the specially formulated proprietary additive, which provides a significant increase in thermal conductivity without sacrificing the viscosity/consistency or film thicknesses.
Also on display will be the most effective family of water-based cleaners available on the market, the Safewash range. These were developed to replace ozone depleting chemicals, as well as offering a solution to reduce solvent emissions. The range is not only kind to the environment, but it also provides superior cleaning performance. It has non-flammable properties, low odour, low/non VOC and extremely low toxicity.
