A series of practical and theory-based training courses will be staged this autumn by Bruel & Kjaer UK. The first session - Acoustic & Vibration Introduction for Design & Test Engineers - is a three-day course running from September 13 to 15. It provides industrial engineers with a thorough understanding of the basic concepts that are important for airborne and structure-borne noise - and vibration in machinery.
During the same month is the two-day PULSE User Day session, which starts on September 20. It covers basics and more advanced features of Bruel & Kjaer’s PULSE multi-analyser system, helping attendees get the most from their kit.
In addition - created especially for users of the company’s PULSE Reflex software – is a new, optional third day, called PULSE Reflex User training, available on September 22.
The Vibration Testing for Engineers course, taking place on October 11-12, provides a practical introduction to the subject of vibration testing for engineers new to the subject of vibration testing and also acts as a useful refresher course for more experienced users. There is also an optional third day, covering the LDS Laser USB Controller.
All the training sessions will be held at Bruel & Kjaer UK’s head office in Royston, Herts.
