TMALC based around 4th industrial revolution

Aiming to answer all the questions around what the 4th industrial revolution will mean for the UK manufacturing industry is the line-up of topics and speakers at The Manufacturer’s Annual Leaders Conference (TMALC).

From the late 1700s, when the 1st industrial revolution started in the UK, through to the modern day, the manufacturing sector has had to embrace advancements which make production more efficient.

Event Producer Nicholas Cox, commented: With the pace of innovation set at a frightening rate, clear information on what is available and the value added benefits of these new technologies is vital for any investment decisions. He added that it is inevitable that the successful companies of tomorrow will have a firm grasp on what today’s technology can offer presently.

Cox concluded: “The Manufacturer’s Annual Leaders Conference 2016 looks beyond the hype and theory to real world applications and real world benefits of Industry 4.0 technology.”

Early adopters of Industry 4.0 will gain the most from this latest revolution in how the industry designs, engineers, manufactures and services products. As relevant to SMEs as it is to OEMs, TMALC 2016’s unbiased speaker line-up includes experts from across the industry and represents a cross section of UK manufacturing.

Confirmed speakers include: 2 Sisters Food Group, MNB Precision, Hayward Tyler Group, Simon Kutcher, High Value Manufacturing Catapult, Siemens, Meggitt PLC, McLaren Applied Technology, The Manufacturing Technology Centre, Cranfield University, Philips AVENT, and Rotork.

Taking place alongside TMALC is The Manufacturers Smart Factory Expo, the UK’s only dedicated exhibition in response to Industry 4.0. Aimed at business leaders in UK manufacturing the expo will showcase the best solution providers and technology offerings for manufacturers to adopt the relevant tools and knowledge to drive business growth.

Both TMALC and TM Smart Factory Expo are part of The Manufacturer Live series of events, taking place 1st– 3rd November at The NEC, Birmingham.
