Seven months prior to the start of the exhibition for power electronics and its applications, this year’s previous achievements talk for themselves, as all signs are pointing to success. Compared to the previous-year period, exhibitor registrations increased by ten percent and the exhibition area has remarkably grown by 12%.

From 16th– 18th May 2017, international exhibitors will deliver customised know-how, introduce their innovations and provide insights into the latest trends and developments in the field of power electronics.

Technology in line with the latest trends

PCIM Europe 2017 offers its visitors a comprehensive market overview. More than 400 exhibitors, including the global key players of the sector, present trend-setting developments along the entire value chain of power electronics. The exhibition covers an extensive range of products, from components to drives control and packaging, all the way through to the intelligent system.

For the first time in 2017, companies get the opportunity to present themselves and their expertise at joint stands at PCIM Europe.

At the E-Mobility Area it all revolves around electric mobility. It is aimed at companies specialised in power electronics in the sector of E-Mobility. It therefore offers the exceptional possibility to introduce products, solutions and services from that field to an interested audience in one single spot.

Thanks to the high internationality of PCIM Europe, the event is now included in the BMWi-programme. This programme is designed to promote the exhibition participation of young innovative German companies on a thematic pavilion. This promotion area offers companies the chance to present themselves to an international expert’s community, as well as promising business potentials in the environment of power electronics.

The application-oriented PCIM Europe conference will take place in parallel to the exhibition. The conference programme covers issues ranging from recent developments in power semiconductors, passive components, thermal management products, energy storage, and sensors to new materials and systems.
