Randstad, is inviting engineers from Australia, Belgium, Germany, Japan, the Netherlands and the UK to take part in an online challenge that is geared-up to find the engineering elite. Developed in partnership with engineers of the Formula 1 Williams Racing team, the challenge is aimed at mechanical engineers who want to pit their skills against their industry colleagues.
Professionals will be tasked with taking part in three ‘laps’, consisting of a series of multiple choice questions, over a three-week period. It will test their mental agility, engineering knowledge and their lightning reaction skills.
Chris Fine, Engineering Branch Manager at Randstad said: “Within the Randstad Group we have 55 years of experience in all areas of engineering and we know our challenge will appeal to those problems solvers out there.”
Fine added: “Promoting education and career opportunities in STEM profiles is crucial in a market where technical skills are in high demand. With this Challenge, we hope to attract more high quality engineers and help to fulfil the increasing demand from the industry.”
