Edbro cheers the crowd at sunny Tip-Ex 2012

Tip-Ex is one of the few events each year that is dedicated solely to the tipping industry; and each year it gives hauliers, body-builders, parts manufacturers and suppliers the chance to see what developments have been made. As usual Edbro occupied two stands (internal and external) with its outside stand being one of the highlights of the event.

A number of vehicles were on display, ranging from 6x4 all the way through to 18 tonnes. While each vehicle was unique in its design, it was also customised for peak efficiency in its given application; all benefited from Edbro’s light-weight tipping cylinders with ‘fit and forget’ reliability. Industry insiders and the passing public clearly enjoyed seeing the trucks at varying tipping angles shinning in the sun.

To further add to the spectacle, the Edbro BBQ – a favourite tradition of the exhibition – was on hand to offer pork sandwiches and burgers, while a squad of Edbro cheerleaders entertained stand visitors with an impressive display of lifts and acrobatics.
