The European Converge conference, hosted by solidThinking, will return to the SANAA building in Essen, Germany, on 17th October 2017, in what will be a meeting between innovators in design, engineering and architecture.

It has been announced that NSK will be making a debut appearance at the Equip Auto 2017 exhibition in Paris, 17-21st October. Present on booth 1 C 085 in pavilion 1, visitors to the show will find an informative display that supports NSK´s strategic decision from last year to enter the Independent Automotive Aftermarket (IAM). Based on the company´s position of strength as an OEM and first tier supplier, NSK´s IAM approach is to ensure that partners and garage owners become more profitable, efficient and effective.

The use of a ProSeal GT0 automatic in-line tray sealing system will be helping Mitsubishi Electric on its stand at PPMA, to demonstrate how the most advanced high-speed heat sealing technology and robots are becoming far easier to deploy. The advanced functionality, simple integration and ease of programming of its automation technologies are being shown to deliver tangible benefits – both for machine builders looking to gain a competitive edge and for end users looking to increase productivity and flexibility.

Taking place on 13th to 15th June 2017, the annual TRUMPF UK Open House proved itself to be a real success in more ways than one. A new generation of induction heaters were introduced by Bega Special Tools at this year’s Hannover Messe. The Betex MF Quick-Heater 3.0 is a medium frequency induction heater for mounting and dismounting bearings and other machine parts made from steel, stainless steel or titanium. These new heaters enable users to perform safe, fast and clean operations. Equipped with smart processor technology, the new heating system allows a far better control of the heating process and data storage for future reference.

At this year’s Tip-Ex exhibition in Harrogate the JOST stand stood out in particular with the most complete range of components and accessories for tipping and commercial vehicles yet. The JOST World consists of a number of unified brands including JOST, ROCKINGER, TRIDEC and EDBRO. As usual JOST exhibited on two stands: the indoor displaying a range of components and the outdoor showing several customer vehicles and hosting the traditional Edbro BBQ.
