Continued improvement and additions throughout their standard rotary solenoid range has prompted Geeplus to produce a new guide to the revised specifications and increased applications of their products.

The most important of the new characteristics are the extended angle of rotation up to 95°, a starting torque of up to 13Nm (gross starting torque at 20°C), an extended life time of up to >50 million cycles and extremely fast response time with switching times of < 5ms possible (depending on size and load)

To meet the changes of modern manufacturing methods, the solenoids are stud mounted, and have many standard options such as metric or SAE threads, the shaft can be positioned on either side, a return spring, dust cover and, if required, tapped holes in the armature plate.
