ALC and Edbro support the British Army

Edbro are delighted to partner ALC, an Amey and VT Group joint venture for the supply of tipping gears to the UK Ministry of Defence. Working closely with ALC, Edbro is supplying its well proven CS tipping gear, based on the MOD’s requirements and Edbro’s extensive experience of the demanding environment for military tippers.
ALC source and support a global fleet of construction vehicles, plant and field mechanical handling equipment to the British Armed Forces.
Edbro is supplying a total of 134 tipping gears with bodies built by Thompsons mounted on Iveco 6x6 Trakker chassis. Martyn Finney, Fleet Acquisition Manager, ALC, commented, “Edbro are clearly recognised as leaders in tipping gear with proven products and extensive experience and knowledge of working with the MOD. Edbro were specified for the performance and long term reliability and durability which they provide.”
