The IQ Software Suite has a machine agnostic architecture, enabling companies to leverage their existing hardware and software investments and integrate heterogeneous environments under a single management solution. Modules of the solution are available as a software package or as a hosted service, providing companies with more options for how and where they invest and manage their IT personnel and infrastructure.
Our solutions apply to customers across many vertical markets and of many different sizes, said Mike Maselli, vice president of marketing and product management. With IQ’s open and modular architecture, we are able to provide the unique capabilities each company needs, combined with an unmatched ability to integrate within their existing environments. We are very excited to show our solutions demonstrated live to print and mail providers at drupa 2012.
The IQ Series is comprised of updated modules that enable a wide range of capabilities, including:
•Performance IQ — for improving operational performance, efficiency and integrity. Enables companies to monitor, track and report on all facets of their production environment, including jobs, machines, operators and messaging items, and includes easy-to-use and dynamic reporting services that can integrate with third-party systems.
•Data IQ — for data quality, document design, output management and printstream rendering, driven by a powerful new application workflow solution. Application development is simplified, reducing the time required to improve document impact, add personalization or color, transform and render print streams, add barcodes, build control files for integrity tracking and design for multi-channel delivery.
•Postal IQ — for data and address quality, IMB and USPS Full-service requirements, postal automation, reducing postage costs, satisfying postal regulations and streamlining operations.
•System IQ — for managing and controlling connected systems and other data collection utilities.
