Fluke has renewed and extended its Solution Center web pages. Now there is even more information on choosing and using thermal imagers, as well as full details of Fluke’s Performance, Professional and Expert Series thermal imagers. The all-new Solution Center  introduces several new models, and has an interactive screen to show the best camera for a particular application. 

Fluke has introduced the handheld Fluke 805 FC Vibration Meter, a portable multifunction vibration screening tool that provides quantifiable information on the bearings and overall health of motors and other rotating equipment, and shares that data in real time via Fluke Connect. The Fluke 805 FC is ideal for frontline mechanical troubleshooting teams that need reliable and repeatable measurements of rotating equipment to make imperative go/no-go maintenance decisions. 

Fluke has introduced a compact interlocking module which enables the wireless connection of some existing Fluke tools to the free Fluke Connect mobile app. By inserting the new Fluke ir3000FC Connector over the IR port of a Fluke 189, 287 or 289 Digital Multimeter (DMM), or a Fluke 789 ProcessMeter, technicians can efficiently and safely capture real-time readings from the primary display and share data instantly with other team members in the field.

An easy-to-use Laser Shaft Alignment tool, providing actionable answers to keep plants up and running, has been launched by Fluke. Eliminating difficult calculations and guesswork associated with traditional alignment methods, the Fluke 830 performs the complicated alignment calculations automatically and provides the answers needed to quickly align a machine. 

A series of free Power Quality Seminars are now being offered by Fluke as part of its programme of seminars for 2014 throughout the UK and Ireland. The seminars have been designed to help Facility Managers, Maintenance Engineers, Energy Consultants and Power Engineers to save money on energy bills and increase machinery lifetime.

With the summer heat, HVAC/R systems should be tuned-up to run at maximum efficiency to avoid wasting energy, system downtime, and expensive emergency maintenance.
