Optimal industry applications are being enabled through the power management company’s network of solution partners.

A whitepaper entitled; Preparing machines and systems for connection to the Internet of Things (IoT), has been published by Eaton. The paper describes the basic points of Industry 4.0 architecture, such as horizontal and vertical integration, cyber physical systems and smart devices in simple terms.

This year’s Hannover Messe will see Eaton showcasing its new range of technologies for energy and automation, for both electrical and hydraulic applications. From 24th-28th April, visitors to hall 11, stand C71 and hall 21, stand B15 will find out how the power management company can enable customer access to optimal industry applications as well as a secure connection to the cloud.

Dedicated to developing products for the industrial automation sector, MET Advanced Technology Systems (MET) and its recent project involved development of a polyurethane system for the manufacture of refrigerators. To achieve the process flexibility they sought, it found a solution in power management company Eaton’s products and technical support.

  The Filtration Division of power management company Eaton will demonstrate how its filtration solutions designed for hydraulic and lubrication oil applications bring a breath of fresh air into process efficiency and reliability at HMI trade show in hall 21, booth B15, 24-28th April in Hannover, Germany.

Designing and building heavy duty roadside management equipment, Tri-Tech Manufacturing also includes boom arm mowing attachments for tractors. The company’s Mow-MasterTM products are used to mow hillsides and trim overhanging tree branches, requiring heavy duty construction to withstand the stresses of use on rugged terrain.

In its new white paper, power management company Eaton describes how machine operating costs can be reduced and productivity increased with a device-level, intelligent wiring and communication system. 

Expanding its FD85 series of robust quick disconnect couplings, Eaton have helped to prevent down-time caused by leakages, pressure drops and contamination of hydraulic fluid in industrial and mobile equipment, oil and gas, and construction applications. The couplings are now also available in 1.25” and 2” body sizes, meaning engineers have more flexibility and choice of coupling to best suit their application.  

  Space-saving command and signalling devices have been launched by Eaton, the RMQ Flat Front and RMQ Flat Rear components. These allow machine builders and engineers to implement premium design and build more cost-effective and compact machines.

A new white paper which provides background andapproaches for reducing energy consumption in applications where flow rates need to be controlled has been published by Eaton. Using hydraulic power units as an example, the power management company’s new white paper, entitled ‘Planning and operating hydraulic power units to provide greater energy efficiency’ explains how and why the choice of drive concept for hydraulic pumps can have a significant impact on energy and life cycle costs.

Launching a digital PpQ control unit, Eaton, designed for its high pressure pump in W design and variable displacement pumps – Hydrokraft PVW – which enables users in the marine industry to achieve better control, faster response time, higher reliability, and cost savings through a reduced overall component count.

The newEverflex Teflon PTFE hoses and Fittings have been introduced by power management company Eaton, in EMEA markets for applications where high and low temperature, chemical resistance, low coefficient of friction, flexibility, and non-aging characteristics are required.

A Synflex DIN/ISO air brake and fuel tubing made from material which withstands elevated pressure, high flexibility and wider temperature has been introduced by Eaton, which is ideal for truck, bus and trailer air brake and fuel applications. Synflex airbrake and fuel tubing products are made from 100% virgin polyamide PHLY thermoplastic material.

  Participating in the 2016 International Law Enforcement Intellectual Property (IP) Crime Conference in London is power management company Eaton, to outline industry efforts to combat the global trade in counterfeit electrical products, from 19th-20th September.

Featuring a highly modular design with one of the smallest envelopes in the industry, Eaton has announced the launch of its CLS Sectional Mobile Valve. Power management company Eaton designed the valve to allow end users to prioritize work functions to improve productivity, machine efficiency and safety.

They provide trouble-free operation for power generation, oil and gas, construction, forestry, mining and material handling markets.

Eaton will demonstrate its latest life safety technology at IFSEC/FIREX 2016 as part of a campaign to help commercial building owners and managers protect people and property, support business continuity and improve safety standards. Visitors to the show, which runs from 21 to 23 June at London ExCeL, can get a close-up view of the power management company’s new innovations in fire, security and emergency lighting, as well as accessing best practice advice on the challenges associated with evacuation planning.

Eaton will demonstrate how industrial parts cleaners can use Eaton’s innovative filtration products to increase efficiency and sustainability when it exhibits at the parts2clean 2016 trade show, Stand F47 in Hall 5, May 31 to June 2 in Stuttgart, Germany.

Eaton is showing its product line of innovative hydraulic filtration and contamination control products at BAUMA 2016 in Munich, from 11 – 17 April (Booth 227, Hall B4).

Eaton is showing an extensive range of filtration media and systems at the Powtech 2016 trade show in Nuremberg, Germany, from 19 – 21 April.The filtration media and systems are used for various process steps in the manufacturing of enzymes, antibiotics or phytopharmaca, or in the fractionation of plasma protein products. Whatever their particular interest, all attendees will gain insight into the diversity of products available from Eaton.
