Over 60 people from 50 of the UK’s leading advanced manufacturing and technology companies attended CGTech’s latest VUE (VERICUT Users’ Exchange) event. The technical team from CGTech used the event to provide customers with a feature review of VERICUT 8.2, the latest release of the independent CNC machine tool simulation and optimisation software. 

  CGTech will showcase its expanded range of software applications for the aerospace industry in Hall 2, Stand 1120, Booth 2, at the Farnborough International Airshow, between 16th-20th July, 2018.

Now shipping its next major release of VERICUT Composite Applications: VERICUT Composite Programming (VCP) and VERICUT Composite Simulation (VCS) is CGTech who will also be at the Drives and Controls show at the NEC next week. VERICUT Composite Applications are being used by leading manufacturers to program and simulate automated fibre placement and tape-laying machinery from machine tool builders such as, Electroimpact, MTorres, AFPT, Automated Dynamics, Fives, Accudyne, BA Composites and others.

At this year’s MACH taking place from the 9th-13th April at the NEC, the latest version of VERICUT, V8.1, will be featured on CGTech’s stand 626, Hall 17.VERICUT operates independently, but can also be integrated with leading CAD/CAM systems, including Dassault Systemes CATIA, Siemens PLM NX, Autodesk PowerMill and FeatureCAM, Vero EdgeCAM, DP Technologies Esprit, CNC Software MasterCAM, Missler TopSolidCAM and Open Mind HyperMil, to provide a seamless link between the conceptual and the deliverable.

Demonstrating how advanced programming strategies and simulation can lead to better composites parts, CGTech will be at the 2018 JEC Composites show, from 6th – 8th March 2018, at the Paris Nord Villepinte Exhibition Centre. Throughout the show, on stand N80, CGTech will also demonstrate Composites 2018, the latest version of VERICUT Composite Programming (VCP) & VERICUT Composite Simulation (VCS).

Version 8.1.2 of VERICUT CNC machine simulation and optimisation software, is now being shipped by CGTech, and in addition it has new features making it more powerful and easier to use. The new software also has more than 150 customer-driven enhancements and software requests have been implemented in version 8.1.2.

Developer of VERICUT CNC simulation, verification and optimisation software, CGTech, has officially launched its ‘physics-based’ CNC program optimisation module, VERICUT Force, in the UK with a series of nationwide seminars.

  The creator of VERICUT, CGTech and MachiningCloud have together announced a VERICUT enhancement in MachiningCloud whereby VERICUT customers can import cutting parameters from cutting tool manufacturers from within MachiningCloud directly into VERICUT.

Set to launch the latest ‘physics-based’ toolpath optimisation module, CGTech the developer of VERICUTCNC Simulation, Verification and Optimisation software is releasing VERICUT Force, in the UK with a series of nationwide seminars. The Force Roadshow will be a series of half day seminars throughout June and July, kicking off at the Advanced Forming Research Centre, Scotland, on 14th June 2017. 

At the 2016 JEC Composites show, March 8-10, 2016 at the Paris Nord Villepinte Exhibition Center. Throughout the show, in Hall 5A Stand N88, CGTech will be demonstrating VERICUT Composite Applications: VERICUT Composite Paths for Engineering (VCPe), VERICUT Composite Programming (VCP) & VERICUT Composite Simulation (VCS).  

CGTech will be showcasing the latest version of VERICUT software on stand C30 at the 2015 Manufacturing and Engineering North East Show (MENE) on July 8th-9th, 2015, at the Metro Arena, Newcastle.

CGTech announces integration with Kennemetal NOVO, cloud based Tool Management software.

CGTech will be exhibiting at the Advanced Engineering 2014 group of events, which include the Aero Engineering and Composites Engineering shows, on stand C111 in Hall 5 on the 11th -12th November, 2014. The stand will feature the latest version 7.3 of CGTech's VERICUT Machine Tool Simulation, Verification and Feed Rate Optimisation software. CGTech will also be showing it’s Composites Applications software for programming and simulation of Automated Fibre Placement (AFP) and Automated Tape Laying (ATL).

At the JEC Composites Show, March 12-14, 2013 at the Paris Expo, Porte de Versailles, CGTech will demonstrate its new programming and simulation software for Automated Tape Laying machines. The new capability complements CGTech’s existing composite software applications for Automated Fiber Placement, which will also be on display in Hall 1, Stand R66.

The newest version of VERICUT software is now available globally from CGTech. VERICUT is used world-wide to simulate all types of CNC Machines including leading brands such as Mazak, DMG/Mori Seiki, Makino, Matsuura, Chiron and Heller.

VERICUT 7.2 features many enhancements to improve speed, thereby reducing the time required for manufacturing engineers to develop, analyze, inspect and document the CNC programming and machining process. Along with proactively adding new features, CGTech developers and engineers are focusing on implementing hundreds of customer-driven enhancements.
