P5000ZEM Machine

Firstly, the P5000ZEM is easy to use. Simply position it on a workbench, plug it in, and it is ready to start marking. The keyboard operates the built-in software, providing the user with all the traceability functions: text, counting, dates, serial numbers, Data MatrixTM codes, logos etc.. Marking files are easily created using a large 140 x 128 pixel screen, and an icon-driven graphic display. Logos or files can be imported or exported with a simple USB memory stick. It can mark characters between 0.5 mm and 99 mm high, over a wide marking field of up to 100 x 120 mm, for parts up to 300 mm high.

The next feature of the P5000ZEM is its high-precision marking, due to the excellent quality and fine control of the marking tool, in conjunction with the latest generation of control electronics.

Finally, the P5000ZEM is a high-productivity marking solution. Its motorised Z axis does away with the need for manual adjustment, positioning the marking head at the correct level relative to the part. The P5000ZEM is fast, too, offering excellent marking quality for up to 5 characters per second.

The P5000ZEM operates from a single electrical supply of between 90 and 230 V, and more that 20 languages are available on the user interface. This solution enables you to mark all your metals, alloys and plastics, regardless of their shape or surface finish (flat, convex, machined, rough, painted etc.. It can also accept marking data via the keyboard or a barcode reader, and has storage for more than 1000 marking files.
