Easy to Use MIG Welding packages from Weldability-Sif
The MIG 130T, MIG 160T and MIG 200E are brand new ‘Ready to Weld’ DC single phase 230V MIG welding packages from Weldability-Sif, UK based “one stop source” for all welding products, that are portable, robust, easy to set up and operate. Features of all three machines include high efficiency fan-on-demand cooling and thermostatic protection, a primary cable with a 3-pin plug; whilst the output and wire feed speeds are controlled by a single knob potentiometer.
The MIG 130T is rated 130A @ 15 % duty cycle and designed for use by hobby, DIY and auto body repair welders. It has 0.6mm/0.8mm V groove wire feed rolls and can be used with either 0.6mm or 0.8mm solid and 0.8mm diameter flux cored mild steel, 5kg reel, MIG welding wires using a current range from 40 – 140A. Heat settings are adjusted via a 4-step voltage switch, whilst a gas regulator kit is available as an option.

The MIG 160T is rated 160A @ 10% duty cycle and designed for professional autobody repair and maintenance work together with light fabrication work. It has 0.6mm/0.8mm V groove wire feed rolls and can be used with either 0.6mm or 0.8mm solid and 0.8mm diameter flux cored mild steel, 5kg reel, MIG welding wires using a current range from 40 – 160A. Heat settings are adjusted via a 4-step voltage switch, whilst a gas regulator kit is available as an option.

The MIG 200E is supplied with a Euro connection for MIG welding torches, a 3m. WB15 Euro style MIG welding torch, earth clamp, industrial regulator, 0.8mm/1.00mm wire feed rollers, uses 15kg solid wire MIG welding reels and has an industrial gas cylinder support at the rear.

It is rated 200A @ 15% duty cycle and is designed for professional welders in auto body repairs, light duty fabrication applications as well as industrial factory repair and maintenance jobs. With a current range from 40-200A, it can be used with 0.6mm to 1.0mm diameter solid mild steel MIG welding wire. Heat settings are adjusted via a 6-step voltage switch.

Other features include adjustable burn back and a spot weld timer, 0.6mm/0.8mm V-groove wire feed rolls for flux cored wire welding and reversible polarity for gas and flux cored wire welding applications.
