Sperian Appoints New UK MD

Commenting upon his appointment as Managing Director UK, Republic of Ireland, Middle East and Africa, Stuart said he was: “Delighted, as after four years working within the organisation as National Sales Manager of Timberland PRO I have a real belief in the expertise that we can deliver within the PPE and wider markets.”

Stuart’s appointment comes at an important time as the company is consolidating under the Sperian brand, the first major public event for which will be the Safety & Health Expo taking place at the N.E.C, Birmingham in May.

Stuart describes his management style as “Straight forward and consensus driven” while highlighting the major aspects of his role as, “Maintaining organisation and discipline without stifling creative flair, thus enabling Sperian to demonstrate a high level of agility and responsiveness.”

With 16 years as business development manager for Marigold Industrial, plus his work for Timberland PRO, Stuart has over 20 years of experience in the PPE market, working not only in the UK but also in the Far East, Middle East and Latin America.

Outside of office hours Stuart likes to watch rugby union, play squash and spend time with his wife Heather and his two children at the family home in West Cambridgeshire.
