ROVsim Pro Chosen By New Vietnamese ROV Training Facility

The complete ROVsim Pro training system consists of an instructor's control system, a number of student pilot systems and connected SONAR displays. Through the control system, an instructor is able to monitor student ROVs in a virtual 3D display and trigger any combination of environmental changes or system casualties. The system comes configured with a selection of pre-built, realistic missions for a variety of tasks including tunnel/pipe/tank inspection, marine biologics research and sampling, human remains/crime scene investigation and recovery, ship's hull inspection, harbor security, and marine archaeological research and recovery. ROVsim software is currently being used in 11 countries worldwide including the US and now Vietnam.
