P. D. Circuits, Inc., specializing in delivering the highest quality PCBs, technical support, and service to OEM and EMS companies worldwide, announces the appointment of Donna Lingley as Customer Service Manager.
In her new role at P. D. Circuits, Donna will manage the staff of Customer Service Representatives to ensure that the department meets or exceeds the expectations and requirements of P. D. Circuits’ customers. Donna will make certain that all aspects of customer service are performed in an accurate and timely manner according to the company’s standard operating procedures and that customers receive the flexibility that they need. She also is responsible for ensuring that the customer service team works closely with the other internal departments and the sales team to support customer needs.
Lingley joins P. D. Circuits from Atlantic Components, where she held the title of Account Manager. At Atlantic Components, Donna provided technical, availability and pricing information to customers, as well as post-sales support and service. Donna brings 27 years of industry experience in sales and customer service from respected companies including 3Com Corporation, Arrow Electronics, Avnet Electronics and Jaco Electronics.

Donna is a sales, customer service and operations manager with an extensive track record in developing and implementing strategies and procedures, resulting in increased productivity and customer satisfaction. She has expertise in problem solving and change management, and has been recognized for her ability to facilitate communication among diverse functional groups.
