Appointments bringing experience to utilities training specialist

It has been announced by Develop Training Limited (DTL) that they are making a series of new appointments including three additions to its specialist lecturing team. The new lecturers are Management Psychologist Steph Kingdon, Mechanical and Electrical Specialist Mark Symonds and Electrical Trainer James Cashley.

The new lecturers bring a wealth of experience to DTL’s training programmes for key customers, who include household names in construction and the utilities.

Steph Kingdon joins the company's Leadership and Management division where she will be responsible for delivering a new Level five collaborative leadership and management programme, designed to be funded by the apprenticeship levy, and delivered in partnership with Shared Service Architecture.

Mark Symonds joins DTL’s Mechanical and Electrical team where he will predominantly be teaching apprentices on DTL’s new Maintenance and Operations Engineering Technician apprenticeship programme.

James Cashley, an Authorised Person in electrical works, will specialise in high voltage electrical training, using DTL’s dedicated HV training facilities at their Swindon, Derby and York centres.

In other appointments, customer service specialist Darren Cook has joined the team at Derby as a Customer Service Administrator, Matondo Kisoka has been appointed as a Maintenance Technician and Tracey Watts has joined DTL’s Romford team as its Centre Administrator.

Chris Wood, Chief Executive of DTL, stated: "We are delighted to welcome our new recruits, as we continue to expand. The experience of our new lecturers will add to our capacity to deliver specialist training to major organisations in the utilities and construction sector."
