STEMMER IMAGING To Distribute APG Range of Camera And Lighting Enclosures In Europe

STEMMER IMAGING has signed an agreement with the Allison Park Group Inc (APG) for the distribution of APG’s extensive range of camera and lighting enclosures for machine vision. The agreement covers distribution of these products throughout Germany, France, Switzerland and the UK.
APG manufactures camera and lighting enclosures for use in harsh industrial environments, including the food industry. Many of these products are specifically designed to meet or exceed regulatory compliance specifications such as Explosion Proof, NEMA 4X, IP66, IP50, IP53, and FDA regulations. APG housings are available for a wide range of cameras and illumination sources from different manufacturers.

This agreement reinforces our aim to work with the world’s leading manufacturers of vision and vision-related products to ensure that our customers have access to the finest selection of vision components.”
“Many of our customers utilise our vision systems in environments where cameras need to be protected from conditions such as dust, dirt, splashed water and oil mist”, he continued. “In the food industry cameras are often located in areas requiring washdown so the APG range includes housings made from food grade materials. In addition there are enclosures for use in extremely demanding environments such as explosive or highly corrosive areas.”
APG also offers lightweight enclosures that can be used on robot arms as well as offering custom enclosures and OEM design solutions.
