Expanding its OneMount line to include a model designed for small hoppers, tank weighing systems and bagging machines, the Hardy Process Solutions model also suits other dynamic low capacity applications such as checkweighing and conveyor scales.
The Hardy OneMount with advantage beam sensors allows a vessel or hopper to be installed, bolted and welded using the mount itself – without installation accessories that can increase a customer’s capital investment by thousands of dollars and labour costs associated with removing components after installation.
The OneMount’s integral spacers carry the full-rated capacity without the load cells installed, eliminating the need for expensive dummy load cells or welding fixtures typically used to avoid damaging the load sensor during the welding process.
The 360° checking mechanism allows load points to be installed in any direction, and Hardy’s proprietary C2 electronic calibration and matched load cells speed up the installation process even further. Maintenance is also fast and easy – load cells can be replaced with minimal tank jacking (1/8”), and matched mV/V/ohm load cells can be replaced without recalibration.
The Hardy OneMount is highly accurate and consistent due to a self-centring rocker that returns the weighing system to proper alignment after experiencing shear forces. Hardy’s precision beam sensor has a capacity of 22-550lbs and a low error rating of just 0.02% of rated output.
Optional dynamic stabilisation rods are available to reduce vibration noise on the sensor for better resolution. True glass-to-metal hermetically sealed sensors provide IP68/IP69K-rated wash-down protection, and Hardy’s C2 electronic calibration reduces risk of accidents and contamination from test weights.
