TTI & TE Connectivity demonstrate SmartFactory solutions
TTI and TE Connectivity will take the opportunity provided by the SPS IPC Drives exhibition to demonstrate the benefits of the close working partnership which has been built between the two companies. TE is looking to build ‘customer intimacy’ through its team and partners, working in collaboration with TTI in a strategic partnership for Automation & Control Solutions to provide customers with exceptional service across Europe.
In this way, the company aims to implement an infrastructure and industry engagement model that enables customers to do business easily today and in the future.
Norbert Piefer, European Director Industry Marketing, Industrial at TTI, commented: “Industry 4.0 requires two very different IT worlds - the office/administrative world and the factory floor - to work together. So SmartFactory programmes require innovative connectivity solutions – such as provided by TE and design-in support. That is why the initiative between TE and TTI is so important: we can take product families like TE’s HDC heavy duty connectors, circular hybrids and RJ45 common core CAT 6A to the wide industrial base together, for the ultimate benefit of our joint customer base.”
At SPS IPC Drives, Europe’s leading exhibition for electrical automation, TTI will be present on the TE Connectivity booth to discuss specific solutions for customers’ requirements.
