Telsonic ultrasonic modules energise cleaning applications

The Telsonic stand at this year’s event will feature a number of items from the company’s extensive range of ultrasonic cleaning components and modules all powered by the compact and flexible ECO generator. Telsonic’s RS25 tube resonator, which provides an intensive and homogeneous sound field from 360° radiation, can be seen operating within a glass demonstration tank. The compact design of the new high power (HP) RS25 allows mounting in confined spaces, and with a coefficient of efficiency in excess of 92% , effective power input into the cleaning medium is extremely high. A second tank exhibit will demonstrate the ease with which Telsonic ultrasonic cleaning components and modules can be integrated or retrofitted by OEM’s or end users.

Also on show will be Immersible block transducers which Telsonic can manufacture to customer specific dimensions. Suitable for mounting to the side wall or base of a tank, Telsonic Immersible block transducers provide a homogeneous sound field through an optimized array of transducer elements. Completing the exhibits on the stand this year will be the TPC range of bench top ultrasonic cleaning tanks.
