AMADA MIYACHI EUROPE has announced that it will be exhibiting a range of equipment ideal for meeting Industry 4.0 manufacturing automation technology needs at MECSPE 2018, which takes place 22nd to 24th March 2018 at the Parma Exhibition Centre, in Parma, Italy. The MACGREGOR PA20P Programmable Pulsed Arc Power Supply is the preferred solution for micro arc welding applications such as wire to pin terminations, stranded wire consolidation and wire to component joining.
The PA20P is a single output unit, ideal for both laboratory use and volume manufacture. The unit incorporates a color touch Screen with graphical weld tracing and has options for programmable gas shield control. The PA20P is configured for a single output with a maximum current of 20Amps.
Also on display is the AWS3 from MIYACHI PECO, a fully integrated resistance spot welding solution providing process control, monitoring and quality analysis all in one. The AWS3 can be used alone as a benchtop system, or easily integrated into an existing production line.
The AWS3 Servo Motorised Active Welding System to be showcased combines the ISQ inverter with the well-known MFP800 motorised weld heads, motorised weld pincers or compacting units all in one unique system. It offers high stiffness, exact position control of the electrode and can handle high speeds.
Visitors to the booth can also see the MIYACHI EAPRO newhorizon Heat-Seal Bonding System (MHSB model), a compact and flexible standard system for making high quality connections in heat-seal bonding applications. The newhorizon line is ergonomically designed and features optional product handling features, including linear slides and rotary tables.
Customisable to suit application-specific requirements, these heat seal bonding systems feature a user friendly system configuration, including optional plug and play modules mounted on a robust frame construction.
With an ideal price-performance ratio, the systems are offered with either integrated constant heat process control or pulsed heat process control using the Uniflow-4 Power Supply.
