At the Engineering Design Show, 22nd to 23rd October in Coventry, Harmonic Drive will exhibit a range of compact and hollow shaft servo actuators. These include the LynxDrive, CHA-14 and CHA-17 lightweight hollow shaft models.

Lowering energy consumption and running costs, each LynxDrive actuator features a synchronous servo motor, feedback sensors and a high precision HFUC series gear unit. With a compact build enabling precise positioning actuation for high performance machinery, the LynxDrive range targets broadcast, military, aerospace and oil & gas applications.

Combining high accuracy and reliability with a central hollow shaft, the CHA-series enables OEMs to pass power supply cables, shafts or laser beams directly through the servo actuator. This can significantly reduce development costs and assembly time.

Harmonic Drive will also display the versatile HFUC series component sets, the smaller FHA Mini actuators and the lightweight Torque Drive series.
