So it was that hundreds of OEMs large and small, from household names in the aerospace sector to modestly sized fabricators from provincial towns, came to the National Motorcycle Museum to meet one of the best portfolios of fastener, fastening and adhesives exhibitors ever seen at the exhibition.
The great majority agreed that whether it is a design dilemma, a production problem or a cost-reduction conundrum, the place to discover and discuss all the latest fastening and assembly options is the Fastening & Assembly Solutions Exhibition. 96% of visitors interviewed have stated that their time at the event was either worthwhile or very worthwhile and one reason for this is the huge scope of fastening types, methods and suppliers that can be found there.
Engineering is one of those businesses where things can always be done better – it is simply a matter of discovering how and with what. The Fastening & Assembly Solutions Exhibition answers both if putting things together better and more cost-efficiently is a priority. Consequently the organisers, Newbycom Ltd, are delighted that in 2010, the shows will once again take place in the Spring and the Autumn, with the Spring event moving to a superb new venue in an ideal location for visitors located in the South and the Home Counties – the RAF Museum Hendon. The show takes place there on March 11th. Situated less than 20 minutes from the M1/M25 interchange, the venue offers easy access and plenty of free parking. Pre-registered VIP visitors will also benefit from a Complimentary Luncheon Voucher. An exciting day out as well as access to some of the best fastening providers in the business awaits all visitors. A new exhibition website is being unveiled shortly with further details.
Explains Newbycom M.D. Mark Newby “we believe that the venue for our March Exhibition at Hendon yet again reflects the spirit of UK industry and the very best of its innovative traditions which are again being called to the forefront of design and production. Nowhere is this more understood than in the areas of fasteners and assembly technologies.” Further information can be found at www.fastening-solutions.co.uk.
