Showing a range of new products, 600 UK will be at MACH 2018, including new CNC milling machines, CNC Turning Centres and the latest Industry 4.0 developments on stand 565 in Hall 6 at the NEC in Birmingham. The NEW Typhoon series introduces Colchester’s next generation of CNC turning centres, offering exceptional cutting performance and highly accurate component finish at every stage of your operation.

Returning to the NEX this year for Automechanika, igus will be on stand 6A132, with its efficient solutions for the industry. Product experts will be on hand during the show in Birmingham from the 5th to the 7th of June to demonstrate igus designs that have been developed and tested in the 2,750m² test laboratory. This largest test lab in the industry in which igus performs about 20% more tests then other leading manufacturerswith test setups for chains and cables to bearings, allows engineers to precisely calculate the function and lifetime of all igus products.

PDJ Vibro at MACH this year will focus on the depth of experience and expertise it offers to customers. Now in its second generation and run by managing and technical directors David and Paul Hurley respectively, the company was established in 1983 by their father John, the current chairman. With an eye to succession, passing this knowledge down to David's son Tom and Paul's two sons, James and Adam, and acclimatising them to the world of manufacturing will form an important part of the event.

Demonstrating the power of iMachining at MACH, SolidCAM UK will be in hall 17, stand 640. One of the first CAM companies to have a machine on its stand at MACH, it will be using a machine supplied by ROMI again, to show the 70% time savings possible with its CAM software. Particularly effective on hard and difficult to machine materials such as Inconel and titanium, iMachining incorporates a patented Technology Wizard.

  Making European debuts, two new machining centres and two CNC lathes will be on the stand of Hurco Europe this year at MACH, which will mark the 50th anniversary of the company's formation.

Linear transfer carriages and articulated arm robots that can move around the factory floor on AGVs and can direct and think for themselves, will both be featured in Mitsubishi Electric's range of innovative products and solutions at Drives & Controls 2018.

Fundamentally changing the field of maintenance and repair is the digitalisation of production. Smart networking of plant and machinery enables the recording and evaluation of large amounts of performance data and therefore continuous status monitoring and predictive maintenance. At Underhåll 2018, NORD DRIVESYSTEMS is presenting intelligent solutions for production and maintenance, as well as innovative new products. Among other things, NORD has extended its MAXXDRIVETM industrial gear series with two new sizes.

Showing sheet metal and fabrication companies how moving towards a smart factory concept can have a big impact on business performance, Lantek will be exhibiting at MACH in Hall 17 Stand 670, as it is committed to helping the industry become more competitive and to promoting the technological advances that will help improve productivity and simplify industrial processes.
