By replacing up to six solenoid valves in a single unit, the Componenti Series 610 Water Diverter now available from Becktech cost-effectively simplifies maintenance and installation while reducing scale. It is self-cleaning, ensuring no loss of dosing accuracy in routing water from a boiler to mixing stations in vending machine or other applications.

With a life of at least two years or 100,000 cycles, it also reduces water leakage and electrical dispersion and improves flow regularity. It is driven by a standard plastic DC gear motor controlled by two micro-switches. One is above the selector wheel to set the water route and ensures that the correct path is followed for the desired output.

The system allows up to six different outputs from a single inlet and is easily dismantled and re-assembled for routine cleaning. All parts are plastic except for the micro-switch supports and for OEM applications there are major production line advantages in installing just one unit in place of a bank of valves
