Seiki Systems Ltd has extended its industrial hardware solution offering with the addition of the Senor touch screen computer.

Seika Machinery, Inc., announces that with the implementation of its patent pending Solder Paste Recycling (SPR) unit, Seika is able to reduce the amount of waste material to less than 10 percent of current volumes by recycling solder paste.

The Kenard Engineering Group is pleased to announce the acquisition of DLoG (UK) Ltd. Effective immediately DLoG (UK) Ltd, manufacturing software and hardware solutions provider, will become part of the software division of Kenard Engineering, alongside Seiki Systems Ltd. The purchase was completed on Friday May 30th 2008. Financial details were not disclosed.

Seiki Systems Ltd will be previewing the latest version of their Networked Manufacturing System (NMS) software at MACH 2008. NMS V4.37 software, which has not yet made available as a general release in the UK, has been enhanced to further assist manufacturers in their effort to become more ‘Lean’ by increasing production efficiency and by supporting continuous improvement strategies. In today’s business climate there has never been a more critical time to invest and secure manufacturing control and process advantage.

Seiki Systems NC Program Manager software, incorporating advanced features that include a dedicated NC Editor and bi-directional program transfer via the computer RS 232 interface that can be configured for each machine tool, is now available as a free download from the Seiki Systems’ website. The software has been specifically developed to meet user needs for program creation, management, storage and editing.
