Specialist in software and services for the building industry, Progman, has released MagiCAD Schematics, a new software solution for creating schematic diagrams in full synchronisation and data connectivity with Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) design projects. MagiCAD Schematics is the first software to date to enable synchronisation and data transfer between schematic diagrams and Revit models in MEP design. MagiCAD Schematics is available for both Revit and AutoCAD technologies.

As the adoption of Building Information Modelling (BIM) methodology progresses in different stages around the world, the Chinese demand for technically accurate 3D BIM objects for Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) design is quickly increasing. 

Progman has released MagiCAD 2018 for Revit and AutoCAD. The new version offers an extensive selection of new functions and improved workflows for making Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) design faster and easier. MagiCAD 2018 comes with support for the latest Autodesk technologies Revit 2018 and AutoCAD 2018. With MagiCAD 2018, Progman aligns MagiCAD’s version numbering and release cycle more closely with Autodesk practices.
