Mounting hydraulic control valves directly to the ports of a hydraulic motor saves space, simplifies installation and places the valve in the best position to provide protection and/or control. Using cartridge valves located in a motor mounted body enables the designer to select from a remarkable range of variants to obtain the optimum performance from the system as a whole.

Integrated Hydraulics have further extended their range of 2 way bi-directional poppet valves with the introduction of a new 90 litre valve. Designated S716, this new valve is normally open and when energised will close, preventing flow in either direction. An actuator controlled by this valve will be locked in position despite varying induced loads or changes in system pressure.
