Fluke, has introduced new software packages to support the Fluke 1653 and 1653B Installation Testers and the Fluke 6500 Portable Appliance Tester (PAT). For installation testing, the DMS 0100/INST software offers easy-to-use administration and reporting in compliance with EN 60364, BS7671 17th Edition Wiring regulations, providing printing of test reports compatible with a range of standard certificate requirements including NICEIC and IET. For PAT testing, the DMS 0702/PAT software allows test results to be printed quickly and easily by UUT or as a listing, with an export function for listings in text or Excel format. The new Fluke DMS safety testing software is also available as professional ‘PROF’ versions for larger organisations: this adds advanced data manipulation and is ideal for facility management or service provider usage. Fluke, has introduced the unique, handheld Fluke 810 Vibration Tester. Fluke, has reduced the prices of all its Fluke 1650B Series of multifunction Installation Testers, designed to test and verify domestic, commercial and industrial electrical installations. With more features than the earlier 1650 Series, the Fluke 1650B testers ensure that fixed wiring is safe and correctly installed to meet the BS7671 17th Edition wiring regulations as well as IEC 60364 and HD 384. Fluke, has introduced the Fluke 1750 Power Recorder, which is designed to provide users with long-term visibility into installation or distribution systems to address intermittent or hard-to-diagnose power quality issues. The Fluke 1750 features a unique capture algorithm that enables users to record every measurement on every event on every cycle without first applying thresholds. Its built-in wireless PDA interface provides a window into what the instrument is recording and enables remote configuration in awkward test locations.

Fluke has introduced its most advanced and capable distance measurement device, the Fluke 421D Laser Distance Meter. Its advanced features include audible feedback for taking room angle and incremental measurements, a +/- 45° tilt sensor for taking indirect measurements in hard-to-reach areas and enhanced Pythagoras calculation for indirectly determining distance. The Fluke 421D automatically stores the last 20 measurements for quick recall of previous measurements.

Fluke has introduced its toughest tools yet for industrial electricians, plant engineers and technicians who work in the toughest environments. The new Fluke 27 II and 28 II Digital Multimeters (DMMs) define a new standard for operating in harsh conditions that would destroy other tools, while delivering the features and accuracy to troubleshoot most electrical problems. Both meters are IP 67 rated for water and dust resistance and offer an extended operating temperature range of -15°C to +55°C. They will function in -40 °C temperatures for up to 20 minutes, will operate in 95% humidity, and are designed and tested to withstand a 3 metre drop.

Fluke has introduced the industry’s first digital multimeter with a detachable wireless display. The new Fluke 233 Digital Multimeter (DMM) uses a wireless transmitter to immediately send measurements to the detached display, improving safety and increasing productivity for industrial and commercial electricians and electronic technicians.

Fluke has introduced the Fluke Ti32 and TiR32 Thermal Imagers, the first industrial grade, high-performance imagers on the market to incorporate a powerful 320x240 sensor to provide high-definition, strikingly crisp, detailed images for under £7,200.
