The manufacturer has a dedicated team of CCE engineers working as an extension to its own product development and engineering team.

CCE has announced new releases of its ODX libraries for 3D CAD interoperability. Multiple important enhancements were introduced at the start of the New Year, which will greatly improve seamless multi-CAD interoperability functionality for all Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) who license ODX technology.

The latest software from CCE, Explore 3D is gaining steam and being adopted by users to view CAD data with ease from the familiar confines of Windows Explorer. CCE announced Explore 3D last month as a 3D CAD viewer that is convenient, efficient, and free for all users to view CAD data directly inside Windows Explorer. This data includes 3D CAD model, product structure (assembly tree) and all of the properties and metadata associated with the file.

  CCE has announced its latest software Explore 3D, which small and medium-sized businesses can use in conjunction with online data storage platforms like Dropbox and OneDrive to manage product data and documents in their organisations.

  A major update of CCE flagship CAD viewer and translator software, EnSuite has been announced. Continuing its tradition of providing rapid support for latest CAD versions, EnSuite just added support for CATIA V5-6R2017 (R27).

Over 10,000 downloads of its free CAD viewer and translator product has been recorded by CCE. EnSuite-View was released for public download in October of 2015 and is currently used in 86 different countries, with over 30% of the users from the US, UK, France and Germany.

Major enhancements of the Open Data Exchange (ODX) libraries from CCE, focused on productivity gains, have been announced. Parallel processing support, that was already available for its CATIA V5, NX, SOLIDWORKS and Creo libraries, has now been extended to its CATIA V6, Autodesk Inventor, Solid Edge and IGES libraries.

The release of EnSuite 2017 has been announced by CCE, as its flagship CAD viewer, translator and engineering productivity toolkit. In the first major release of the New Year, EnSuite 2017 comes with several significant upgrades. The most significant of all is the support for latest versions of CAD software.

By using CCE’s multi-CAD software EnSuite, L&T Heavy Engineering were able to free their engineers to focus on more productive and innovative activities. EnSuite, a solution for sharing multi-CAD data across the enterprise, includes a batch translation feature that enables bi-direction translations between CATIA V5 and NX systems.

Revised to support attributes that represent entity names in the native CAD system along with instance path, the updated Unified Interop (UIOp) libraries has been released by CCE. Persistent identifiers are now supported in Creo, NX and CATIA V6 translators. CATIA V5 and SOLIDWORKS persistent identifiers have been enhanced to provide unique identifiers for every instance in the assembly.
