Validateable parts washer is robust and heavy duty

While many available washers use fold down doors, SteriWasher is accessed via a hinged door, providing a more robust machine and a washing chamber. It employs a combination of specially developed variable duty spray technologies, developed to provide variable pressures for different levels of washing; this provides high energy impingement washing together with low energy flushing chosen by a simple recipe selection.

An air tight, leak-proof inflatable door seal provides total product and washing containment. The washers also feature standard or bespoke racks, with individual locations for validated cleaning, which are removable and can be loaded onto mobile trolleys for loading and unloading.

SteriWasher is available in chamber sizes from 0.6x0.6x0.6 to 1.5x1.5x1.5m and in single door, straight-through two door or 90° two door pass-through versions. The industrial washers are built from 316 stainless steel to cGMP, EHEDG, ASME BPE and GAMP standards and can be freestanding or integrated into your facility.

Available with four levels of automation systems, from single recipe to a 100 recipe system with full traceability and electronically compliant reporting, the washers have an intuitive operator interface with a colour HMI with full equipment visualisation and multiple levels of password protection. This interface provides self-diagnostic features, as well as configuration of the cycle steps which include up to three concentration controlled chemical washes, hot water, cold water, variable temperatures, pressures and flowrates and HEPA cooling and drying facilities.
