New VersaLASER® Range available from ES Technology Limited

The VersaLASER® product range already has a solid reputation as a cost effective and reliable system for processing multiple materials across diverse applications, with speed and accuracy. Three new models now offered by ULS will extend the application areas of the VersaLASER® platform even further.

The VLS3.60, VLS4.60 and VLS6.60 offer increased work envelopes and components of up to 813mm x 457mm in size can now be processed within the VLS6.60. With a wide choice of laser power options, from 10watts up to 60watts, this new VersaLASER® range will open up even more applications within industries such as – aerospace, electronics, medical, fashion, packaging and printing. Designed to handle complex cutting, 3D engraving, scribing, scoring and marking applications, the VersaLASER® systems utilize Universal’s patented Rapid Reconfiguration™ technology. This feature enables the user to change the laser power in seconds and without requiring the use of tools.

Universal have designed the VersaLASER® series to provide seamless integration between the CO2 laser, the laser system and the advanced Laser Interface +™ materials based Windows print driver. This enables the optimisation of the workflow process, improving operational efficiencies and further expanding the options for customising individual applications. A broad range of accessories and options further compliment this series of laser systems. These include, a rotary fixture attachment which enables processing of cylindrical components, a down draught honeycomb cutting table and high power density focusing optics for high resolution engraving and marking on metal components.
ES Technology Limited also provides sub-contract laser marking services, after sales service and parts, sales and service for ULS flatbed CO2 lasers and the design and manufacture of laser marking systems. These latest additions to the VersaLASER range further enhance the portfolio of products and services available from ES Technology.
