Maintaining the performance of marine loading arms

Customer Support Agreements are now available from Emco Wheaton to help increase reliability of loading arms and reduce operating costs. The agreements can help lower the total cost of ownership and increase the average time between failures through customised maintenance plans, service and analysis.

With three levels of service contracts - Platinum, Gold and Silver, customers can select the service level to create the service and maintenance package they need. From operational and system audits, to an in-depth analysis by a service engineer, to preventative maintenance, customers can tailor the best package for them.

The technical expertise of Emco Wheaton field engineering technicians will ensure loading arms are restored to OEM specifications while providing the latest improvements from ongoing research and development. All of this is backed-up by a manufacturer’s warranty on all OEM parts and repairs.

Emco Wheaton’s Houston-based Aftermarket Manager Donnie de Regnier said: “Our customer support agreements are flexible and customer tailored to the application. By specialising in service, we are able to help our customers extend the life of the product, increasing their return on investment.”
