EUROSTYLE H2O range: Jib cranes and special gantry cranes for water process applications.

All hoisting parts in VERLINDE's EUROSTYLE H2O range for both jib cranes and gantry cranes are in non-corrosive materials. Some models receive additional protection with an epoxy powder coating. Hoisting units are available for a wide selection of load capacities, from 250 to 2000 kg, and spans.
Jib cranes and gantry cranes in the range are furthermore made up of elements whose weight is well below 25 kg, considered by occupational physicians to be the threshold that should not be exceeded for the frequent handling of loads.

The flagship products in this range, EUROSTYLE ALU H2O range type VEFP and EUROSTYLE GALVA H2O range type VEFPT, are detachable jib cranes, the first in aluminium and the second in galvanized steel. The load range for the VEFP model varies from 300 to 500 kg.
Delivered in just 3 or 4 parts, one person can rapidly assemble and easily move them using special handling bags. The 360° rotation system is highly flexible and is provided by a pivot mounted in bearings. EUROSTYLE ALU H2O range type VEFP and EUROSTYLE GALVA H2O range type VEFPT are also economical because they are easily moved from one multi-station stand to another (bracket, anchor bolt or pinned to floor).
The span of the ALU version is adjustable, with a radius of up to 1.50 m.


To ensure good stability and high resistance to shock, the ALU jib crane is anodized with a RAL powder coating. 2 extensions of different lengths offer the choice of 2 heights (delivered as standard). As for the Galva type VEFPT jib crane, it is fitted with an electrogalvanized pivot supported by greased ball-bearings Two tubular, tiltable and dismountable manoeuvring handles, together with a manual hoist with galvanized chain lever to orientate the arm, are also proposed.



Specially designed for maintenance applications for pumps, stirring machines or other equipment in highly corrosive environments, EUROSTYLE VEP is a stainless steel or galvanized steel manual travel jib crane for loads from 125 to 250 kg. The entirely stainless steel 304 L version is especially useful for agri-food applications. It can be easily moved to be placed on other fixed station supports. Standardization enables full interchangeability, span from 0.8 to 1,000 mm.

Another special product in the EUROSTYLE H2O range, the GANTRY CRANE ALU type VGPA is a range of ultra lght gantry cranes with manual travel for loads from 250 to 2,000 kg. They can be moved from station to station thus offering an excellent alternative to fixed hoist systems. Any routine maintenance or assembly team can easily perform mounting, dismounting or positioning operations of parts or whole units. PORTIQUE ALU type VGPA is designed to bear any type of manual or electric chain hoist equiment. It is delivered dismounted with easy assembly by bolting (8 support/girder coupling bolts). Its design with 2 V-shaped struts and lateral reinforcement provides excellent stability and loaded rigidity. Adjustment of height under girder (1.55 to 4 m) by increments of 200 mm and of spread (2 to 6 m) is very simple. Furthemore, this gantry crane only requires a hoist to be fitted to make it operational as the carrier is already integrated in the system. Great mobility and stability is ensured by four directional wheels on axles supported by housing on bearings. The tough, white polyamide wheels offer good resistance to shock and chemical agents.

2 other products complete the EUROSTYLE H2O range: the VHR standard operations type manual chain hoist for loads from 250 to 5,000 kg or the EUROCHAIN VL electric hoist with compact chain for loads from 60 to 10,000 kg.
