Captec Unveil Industry Leading Rack Integration Facilities
Captec have recently unveiled their dedicated industry leading 19" rack integration facilities at their headquarters in Hampshire. The new developments signify a substantial investment and commitment in enabling companies to outsource a highly specialised and often risk prone function, allowing them to preserve manpower, space and time, ultimately affording them additional opportunities to focus on their core business.
They complement pre-existing specialist computer integration capacities on the same 50,000 square foot site. The new facilities are comprised of ten production cells to accommodate lower volume builds, as well as a four stage lean flowline for a highly optimised and smooth production,requisite for a higher volume of racks. These dedicated functions ensure that timescales are minimised while projects are delivered efficiently.
Captec produced racks are already implemented by numerous blue chip companies across a diverse range of applications and industries including medical equipment, flight simulation, visual inspection and rail communications.
These facilities are just a part of the company's holistic rack integration service which is also inclusive of design, supply chain consolidation, testing, certification and custom packaging services.
