Wyko Know-How Leads To A Successful Year

Since the acquisition in November 2006, WYKO has strengthened its offering to the OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturers) and MRO (Maintenance, Repair and Operations) markets through the acquisition of Flexible Hose Supplies (FHS) in July 2007 and the opening of two new international branches in the Czech Republic and Nigeria. The company has also expanded its horizons in 2007 with the launch of ERIKS Sealing Technology in September and a new Thermography Department in November. Finally, WYKO announced the acquisition of the trade and assets of Forco Electrical Services on 23rd November 2007, which will significantly enhance the presence of WYKO Electromechanical Services in South West England.

WYKO, an ERIKS Company will be known as ERIKS UK from the end of March 2008 with its Integrated Solutions business and International division changing names in January 2008. This is the final stage in a thorough rebranding exercise being undertaken by the company which started earlier in the year with bespoke internal launch events for employees, quickly followed by extensive supplier and customer out reach communications.
