Wilkinson Star Limited launched a range of brand new welding automation systems at MACH 2008, has reported that the reaction to this new range of equipment from visitors to the show was very positive.
Products on show included a MIG 3840/T inverter based pulsed MIG/MAG power source, a Plasma PROF 164 HQC (High Quality Cut) mechanised multi-gas plasma cutting power source interfaced with a SMS (Smart Machine Systems™) SmartPLASMA™ plasma cutting table and a Cebora Sound AC/DC 4560/T inverter based Synergic pulsed power source for robot TIG welding.

Stephen Murray, Managing Director at Wilkinson Star said: “MACH 2008 has proved to be an excellent platform to introduce Cebora’s new welding automation systems. Our prime objective was to launch these products to a new market and judging by the number of positive quality enquiries and requests for further demonstrations, our decision to attend has been vindicated. Not only have the enquiries come from companies that we already know, but the number of enquiries from potential new customers is much higher than we had expected. I understand the number of visitor to the show was up on 2006 and this has been reflected in our contact levels.”
