Victron Wins a Coveted Global Technology Award for its Focus Factory

Victron deploys focus factories within each site to closely manage and ensure that the necessary and sufficient resources are allocated to each core factory of the company. Examples of the focus factories are: Medical Systems Integration Focus Factory, PCBA Focus Factory, Commercial Systems Integration Focus Factory and Service Focus Factory. Each of these focus factories narrows the tasks of each manufacturing operation and creates optimized performance of the manufacturing personnel.
