Schaffner Add Heat Sinks To Product Range

Established in 1965 Seifert Electronics offer standard and custom solutions for cooling components and modules. The product range encompasses single component PCB mounted heat sinks through to high-performance, fan cooled heat sink assemblies and liquid coolers. Manufacture takes place in their own 4,500m² DIN EN 9001:2001 certified facilities.

There is a high degree of synergy as our products are frequently used in power conversion designs where most equipment generates heat. Many of our filters are custom designed and we will be able to offer the same service to OEMs with Seifert heat sinks. Offering high quality EMC and heat sink solutions side by side will simplify our customers design and purchasing processes.”

The Seifert product range includes clip-on component heat sinks, extruded, finned and PCB solderable heat sinks. Heat transfer compound, insulation washers, caps and bushes. High performance heat sinks including those with double sided mountings, cooling units and fan cooled heat sink assemblies. Presspack cooling cells and extruded heat sinks. Sockets, supports, contact strips, mounting pads, diode holders and distance pieces.

Schaffner will be happy to undertake custom heat sink designs for OEM applications as well as supply the standard Seifert product range, which will also be available from Schaffner’s distribution network.
