I have a photo of my business partner, Ray Willett, and I shaking hands over the first unit we shipped, an RD2 model vapor phase that shipped to Norway. We have worked consistently over the years to innovate vapor phase reflow, and now vapor phase rework equipment and processes. With the RD52 high-volume inline vapor phase oven, which is a perfect marriage of radiant/convection preheat technology and the unsurpassed uniformity of vapor phase reflow technology, and the V-Works 24, the industry’s first vapor phase rework system, we have shown that we are continuously innovating,” said David Suihkonen, President of R&D Technical Services Inc.
