New operations centre opened in India

Data Device Corporation (DDC) has expanded its service and support capabilities in India with the opening of a new Operations Centre in Bangalore. New local services available through the operations centre include customer service, order management and banking transactions, as well as technical product support through our local Field Applications Engineers, providing our valued customers in India and Asia Pacific countries faster support for all DDC product and account needs. 

The grand opening celebration was held on 6th February and attended by customers, local representatives and executive leaders from DDC. Vince Buffa, DDC President, and Joe Pipczynski, DDC Vice President of Sales and Business Development, presented the value of; this new operations centre providing customers, and DDC’s vision for even greater engagement in the India market with market leading aerospace and defence electronic solutions.

Attending guests shared experiences with DDC and the impact this operations centre will provide them in the pursuit of new programme opportunities, as well as in support of current business needs. 

The guests said that in all measures the celebration was a great success, and there is always further serving the needs of valued customers in India, and worldwide to look forward to. “We greatly value the expanding relationships we have established with our customers in India, and with this investment in our Bangalore office, DDC can serve our customers more efficiently and timely,” stated Valliappan Murugappan, DDC’s Senior Director of Asia Pacific.
