Master Chemical trebles its technical capacity

The latest product from the Master Chemical team in the UK is certainly ground-breaking. TRIM® E925 is a hybrid emulsion that is a unique blend of mineral oil and vegetable-ester based additives. This makes the company the only manufacturer to offer a formulation that contains no registered biocides or any other hazardous additive.

The need for this type of metalworking fluid is driven by EU regulation and as a result the company is now the leading manufacturer of special, application specific metalworking fluids. To provide greater capacity for this work Master Chemical Europe has recently moved to new premises that include a laboratory that is 300% bigger than in its old headquarters.

“We now have a fabulous state-of the-art technical facility for our R & D work,” explained Operations Manager, Ruth Lucas. “From the customers’ point of view this means we have the capacity to provide even more application specific solutions.”
