HPCwire Readers’ Choice Award in Manufacturing awarded to Altair

Best application of HPC in Manufacturing has been won by Altair, in the annual HPCwire Readers’ and Editors’ Choice Awards for simulation work done with Stanley Black & Decker using Altair’s HyperWorks Unlimited Physical Appliance powered by SGI. The award was presented at the 2016 International Conference for High Performance Computing, Networking, Storage and Analysis (SC16), in Salt Lake City, Utah. 

HyperWorks is managed in entirety by Altair, and provides optimally configured hardware and software to solve performance requirements economically.

These awards are revealed each year to begin the annual supercomputing conference, which showcases high performance computing, networking, storage, and data analysis.
