Combines Sperian Protection and Honeywell Safety Products William Hayes Named as President of Combined PPE Businesses MORRIS TOWNSHIP, N.J., December 3, 2010 – Honeywell (NYSE: HON) today announced it will combine Sperian Protection with Honeywell Safety Products to form One Global Personal Protective Equipment business. The combined business will be called Honeywell Safety Products and will continue to be part of the Honeywell Automation and Control Solutions Life Safety business. William Hayes, current president of Honeywell Safety Products has been named President of the combined entity.
