Emerson has announced its event partnership with Maintec, the UK exhibition dedicated to the maintenance industry, which returns to the NEC, Birmingham, 30th to 31st October 2019. Emerson is one of the many industry leading suppliers to confirm their participation in the last week including Crimson Industrial Vision, PEMAC and Plate & Locate.
As part of their involvement, experts from the Emerson team will be taking part in the professional seminar programme which is CPD certified by the Society of Operations Engineers.
Gary Ingram, Sales Manager UK & Ireland – Reliability Solution at Emerson Automation Solutions commented: “We are delighted to be attending Maintec 2019 as Event Partner, the event will provide a fantastic forum to share our latest digital technologies with the industry. For many years now Emerson have brought new innovative technologies to the market including intelligent field devices and asset health software.
“This already extensive and comprehensive portfolio is now further enhanced with the introduction of analytical and machine learning tools, embracing the benefits of digital technology whilst delivering tangible business results to our clients. We look forward to meeting with you at Maintec 2019.”
This is the third edition of Maintec since its acquisition by Western Business Exhibitions, part of the Nineteen Group, who have invested significant time and resources into redeveloping the event to become the home of maintenance and reliability engineering in the UK. In 2018, over a fifth of exhibitors used the event as a platform to launch their latest products and technology into the UK market.
Jos Diamond, Event and Business Development Manager at Maintec, said: “We are thrilled to have Emerson as our Event Partner for this year’s event. Since acquiring Maintec in 2017, it has been our principle aim to make sure we deliver an event that provides real value to the UK’s maintenance, reliability and asset management managers who attend.
“Having Emerson on board brings a wealth of expertise to our show floor and gives visitors an even greater reason to attend.”
