Design quality awarded to Industry 4.0 communication platform

As part of the company’s Industry 4.0 portfolio, ActiveCockpit collates, filters and visualises data in real-time and displays it on a touchscreen or tablet. By using simple operating elements individuals can navigate between areas simply and with ease.

Bosch Rexroth developers determined exactly what individuals require through extensive interviews and plant visits in order to deliver a clear, user-friendly interface.

Established in 2012, the German Design Award is already one of the most recognised design competitions worldwide. Presented by the German Design Council, it aims to discover and celebrate design trends from around the world.

With a strict nomination process and a judging panel made up of experts from business, academia, science and the design industry, the German Design Award continues to build its reputation among professional circles and beyond.
