There are over 600 pages of essential cable management products and accessories for electrical contractors, installers and engineers to browse in the HellermannTyton 2019/2020 catalogue. The new catalogue contains several new sections which help those working in the electrical trade obtain the products they need more quickly.
These include the cross-referencing of cable ties with the appropriate application tools, and the linking of thermal printing consumables with the compatible printers.
In addition to these new elements, readers can learn about the stories behind some of HellermannTyton’s innovative products. One such example is the company’s heat-shrinkable tubes, which were inspired by founder Paul Hellermann’s use of rubber bike valves when introducing a mass-market cable repair solution to the world in the 1930s.
Several new products will also be featured in the new catalogue, including RELICON – HellermannTyton’s range of fast curing silicone gels and resins for insulating joints and protecting cable connections.
Furthermore, the guide contains hundreds of technical drawings, application pictures, data on approvals and standards plus a detachable material guide.
John Banks, Head of Product Management at HellermannTyton, said: “A good attitude to cable management helps projects to succeed through improved efficiency and safety. Our catalogue helps customers to choose the best products for their needs and make the decision-making process quick and simple.”
